Mary Tetley, BSAC's CEO stated "The 2022 Election sees BSAC at a crucial point, as the organisation works to move beyond the challenges of the Covid pandemic and embrace its strategic aim of being the ‘go to’ community for anyone wanting to learn about, enjoy and protect the underwater world. We are therefore looking for candidates with the right skills, experience, enthusiasm, and drive that can play a key role in BSAC's growth and development."

Maria Harwood, BSAC Chairman confirmed that joining the council team would be a rewarding experience. "It has been a challenging couple of years for BSAC, and its volunteers have been pivotal in ensuring that the organisation has been able to weather the pandemic."

We need a Chairman who will provide leadership to Council, take responsibility for Council’s effectiveness, and support and guide the CEO to ensure that BSAC meets its key objectives. Maria Harwood, outgoing BSAC Chairman
